Chemical supply systems
| The constantly increasing integration densities of semiconductors with structure widths down to the sub-µm range impose increasingly high demands on the purity of the process chemicals and their handling. STANGL supply and disposal systems guarantee safe supply and disposal of chemicals, such as acids, alkalis and solvents, used in the process plant. The systems are designed so that secondary contamination is reduced to a minimum and a constant quality is maintained. This ensures trouble-free production with high yield.
